Please read these terms and conditions and the important information below before entering this site. Access to information about Cording Real Estate Group’s property investment schemes (‘Funds’) is restricted in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
These Terms and Conditions are for www.cordinggroup.com (the ‘Site’). The Site is operated by Cording Real Estate Group Limited(‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) of 18 Savile Row, London W1S 3PW, a private limited companyregistered in England, number 8926615.
Information relating to Funds is provided by Cording Capital LLP of 18 Savile Row, London W1S 3PW, a limited partnership registered in England, number OC342148, and a subsidiary of Cording Real Estate Group Limited. Cording Capital LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) for investment business, Firm Reference Number 579305. Information relating to Funds may be Funds operated by Cording Capital LLP or other subsidiaries or associates of Cording Real Estate Group Limited.

Important information for persons in the United Kingdom
The Funds are not authorised, or otherwise recognised by the FCA, and they are categorised as unregulated collective investment schemes within section 235 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (‘FSMA’). The offering or sale of the Fund in the United Kingdom is restricted by section 238 FSMA, and the Funds may not be offered or sold to members of the general public. If you are a member of the general public you must not enter sections of this Site which contain details of the funds. You may, however, obtain information through your authorised financial adviser.
In order to comply with section 238 of FSMA, any information on the Site relating to the Funds is directed only at Eligible Recipients, which is defined as:
Persons having professional experience of participating in unregulated schemes and who fall within article 14(5) (investment professionals) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2001, as amended from time to time (CIS Exemptions Order). If the body corporate has more than 20 members or is a subsidiary undertaking of an undertaking which has more than 20 members, £500,000
Otherwise, £5 million
any unincorporated association or partnership which has net assets of not less than £5 million;
the trustee of a high value trust (being a trust where the aggregate value of the cash and investments which form part of the trust's assets (before deducting the amount of its liabilities) is (a) £10 million or more; or (b) has been £10 million or more at any time during the year immediately preceding the date on which the communication was first directed); or
any person whilst acting in the capacity of a director, officer or employee of an entity falling within (a) to (c) and whose responsibilities when acting in that capacity involve him or her in the participation by such entity in unregulated schemes;
Persons whom we have classified as a professional client or eligible counterparty in relation to the Fund in question; or
Any person to whom the communication might otherwise lawfully be made.
Any communication of inducements or invitations to participate in a Fund are directed only at Eligible Recipients and units or interests in Funds will only be available to Eligible Recipients. Communications of inducements or invitations to participate in a Fund must not be acted or relied upon by persons other than Eligible Recipients. Users of this Site who are uncertain of their status should refer to the relevant provisions indicated for their full terms and effect. Expressions of interest resulting from the materials and information on this Site will only be responded to if received from Eligible Recipients.

Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Site, any websites linked to it and any material made available to it including loss of income, loss of business, loss of profit or contracts, loss of data, and loss of goodwill, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, is expressly excluded.

Whilst we take every care to ensure that the standard of this Site remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, the Internet is not always a stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. As a result, we do not accept any on-going obligation or responsibility to operate this Site (or any particular part of it).
If any part of our terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

We assume no responsibility for the content of third party websites or for any losses which may arise out of use of a third party website. 8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and your use of this Site are governed exclusively by English law, and you agree that any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or otherwise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act)
The Cording Real Estate Group takes the security and privacy of those of its contacts about which it holds personal information extremely seriously. Cording Real Estate Group follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information given to us in order to prevent unauthorised access. Personal data is held on our contacts and administration database either because of work we have undertaken or are currently engaged in, or because our clients have indicated that they would be interested in receiving material from us about our business and services. To that end we hold client contact details and the history of our client relationship. This allows us to manage our client relationships effectively and target items of interest so that clients do not receive unwanted material through the post.
You have a legal right under the Act to a copy of all the personal information about you held by us. On request, we will provide you with a copy of this information subject to a fee not exceeding GBP10. You also have a right to correct any errors in that information. As mentioned in our Privacy Statement, you have a right to prevent the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
Cording Real Estate Group does not sell, rent or deal in the personal information we hold. Information may, in the ordinary course of business, move between different divisions in the Cording Real Estate Group or to our contractors, which may involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.
