Cording realises that the stewardship of real estate brings many responsibilities, including those to the wider community.

In all our investment, development and management activities we seek to serve the communities in and around our real estate assets. Cording is also committed to charitable engagement and the company and members of staff are proud to support the following causes:

3 Space is an innovative charity which unlocks the potential of empty commercial property by making it available for temporary community use. 3 Space works in partnership with landlords and leaseholders to offer organisations that benefit the community temporary free of charge access to otherwise empty properties. These spaces are made available to other charities, registered community organisations and social enterprises for temporary, pop-up projects.

Field Lane is a social care charity and housing association which, from its Christian heritage, provides a unique combination of care, accommodation and support to older people and those living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and vulnerable families and children.

A mission to create a children's museum in the heart of London for children and their families where together they may play, discover, create, make and learn in an open and informal environment where childhood is celebrated and enriched.

The Centre for Social Justice csj2.png

The Centre for Social Justice is an independent think tank established in 2004 to seek effective solutions to the poverty that blights parts of Britain. Cording supported the publication 'It Happens Here: Equipping the United Kingdom to fight modern slavery'.

Galactosaemia Support Group gsg.png

The Galactosaemia Support Group brings families with galactosaemic children and adult galactosaemics into contact with each other and offers support where most needed. Through the group the families are able to share experiences, help each other with problems and exchange information and ideas.

Great Ormond Street Hospital gosh.png

Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) is an international centre of excellence in child healthcare. Together with research partner, the UCL Institute of Child Health (ICH), they form the UK’s only academic biomedical research centre specialising in paediatrics.

Since its formation in 1852, the hospital has been dedicated to children’s healthcare and to finding new and better ways to treat childhood illnesses.

William Wilberforce Trust WWT.png

William Wilberforce Trust works through local churches to confront injustice and poverty and care for those in need. WWT runs projects that tackle the needs of the vulnerable and marginalised in the community including work with the homeless, ex-offenders, those dealing with debt, addiction and abuse.
