Our investment process reflects our investment philosophy. We believe that the skill and flair of our investment professionals is extremely important but they work within a rigorous research driven framework which controls risk.

Stock selection, pricing and timing

Initial stock selection is key in terms of both pricing and timing, but also in identifying structural, locational and specification issues. Equally, the timing and pricing of sales remains a key element in extracting maximum value from investments.

Asset and property management

Growth of income over time is a key driver in investment performance. As such, asset management and property management are essential in maintaining building quality at the best possible levels through refurbishment and maximising net lettable areas, and in securing and then enhancing the certainty of income through effective leasing strategies, cost management and tenant management.

Portfolio management and risk control

Portfolio management strategies are essential in ensuring the right mix of building quality and income security within property types and locations in order to deliver the appropriate risk adjusted return, with risk controlled at every stage by our Investment and Risk Committee.
