Rodney Bysh, CEO of Cording commented: "By creating this new position, Cording underlines the importance of the fund business within its corporate strategy. With Theo Soeters, we have gained a proven expert who knows and masters the entire range of fund business. This strengthens our team and will further consolidate our position within the European real estate investment industry."

Theo Soeters said: "I'm looking forward to contribute my experience to the Cording Real Estate Group and grow the business further. This is a particularly interesting opportunity, also in the context of the recent partnership with the Edmond de Rothschild Group. It will be exciting to join a great team and build a European platform in the interest of Cording's clients."
