Cording expands German team with new Associate Director and Transaction Manager29 November 2017
Cording Real Estate Group (“Cording”), the Northern European real estate investment and asset management firm, has further expanded its German team.
The newly appointed Associate Director in the business development team is Liora Walter. Based in Frankfurt, she is responsible for the development and marketing of new investment products, as well as Cording's distribution and marketing activities. Prior to joining Cording, Walter worked as Investment Manager at Atrium Finance, a subsidiary of M3 Capital Partners. Earlier stages in her career included positions at M3 Capital Partners and at strategy consulting firm Q5 Partners, both in London. Liora Walter studied at the CASS Business School in London. She holds a Master's degree in Real Estate.
Robert Bahr (30) is joining the investment management team in Frankfurt as Transaction Manager. He will work in the field of commercial and residential investments. Prior to joining Cording, Bahr worked as Senior Consultant in the Transaction Services Real Estate division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from IRE|BS (University of Regensburg).
Cording has also expanded its regional teams in Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart, recruiting a total of seven new staff as Technical and Property Managers and as Client Accountant.
